Man to Stand Trial Again in Officer's Shooting

Jury selection is expected to start Tuesday in the case of Eric Torres, the accused shooter of Philadelphia police officer Edward Davies in 2013. This is Torres’s third trial after a judge declared mistrial when the wrong gun was shown earlier this year.
