Jury Selection Begins in Grace Packer's Rape-Murder Trial

Jury selection for the Bucks County man who is accused of torturing, raping and murdering his girlfriend’s 14-year-old adopted daughter begins Tuesday. Prosecutors say Jacob Sullivan confessed to killing Grace Packer as part of a rape-murder fantasy in 2016.
