Judge Rules Trump's Order on Sanctuary Cities Unconstitutional

A judge ruled that President Trump’s executive order against Sanctuary Cities including Philadelphia was unconstitutional. Trump’s order would have taken federal funding away from Sanctuary Cities but the judge ruled that only congress can do that.
