Judge Decides If Alleged Peeping Tom at Target Will Stand Trial

Miklos Jugovics who is accused of secretly recording women in an Abington Target store dressing room will find out Wednesday at his preliminary hearing if he will stand trial. Jugovics was charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly using a pen with a built-in camera to film the women.
