Judge Bars Cosby from Attending Accuser's Deposition Against Former Montco D.A.

A judge has ruled that Bill Cosby may not attend a deposition to be given by Andrea Constand, who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her, in her lawsuit against former Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor. Constand sued Castor for defamation after he said that her story changed and declined to prosecute the case against Cosby when Constand first brought her accusations to authorities.
