Jerry Sandusky Would Have Turned Himself In

Jerry Sandusky’s attorney says he and his client were not told that Sandusky would be rearrested on new charges. The attorney claims Sandusky would have turned himself in, and that prosecutors knew that but wanted orchestrate the arrest in a more public fashion.
