Jay-Z Confirms Labor Day Music Festival

The rap mogul took to the Art Museum steps to announce the Budweiser “Made in America” tour’s finale here in Philly Labor Day weekend. The two day festival will feature 30 acts on three stages. He will announce the line-up on May 21. Tickets go on sale two days later.
