‘It's going to be chaos.' Drivers expecting traffic in Philly to get worse during northbound I-95 closure

PennDOT announced a section of I-95 in Port Richmond will be shut down for the next several days after a truck collided with an overpass. Starting Monday night at 10 p.m. those heading northbound on I-95 in the area are being redirected to an alternate route.
