‘It's empowering': Volunteers set out to kick off spring cleaning in Camden

Over 200 volunteers showed up to pick up trash in a Camden neighborhood Tuesday for the fourth annual Camden Clean Up event. This is the first of several clean ups set to take place from April through September this year. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has more on the story.
