Injuries Due to Illegal Fireworks Are on the Rise, Officials Say

Two Philadelphia children were injured by illegal explosive devices in the span of two weeks. Police said it’s part of an ongoing issue they’ve seen in the city. They’re trying to find out where they’re coming from and how they’re ending up in the hands of kids.
