Indiana Man Charged in 3 Rapes in Philadelphia Is Suspected in Attacks in 8 States

A suspect in three Philadelphia rapes was caught in his native Indiana over the weekend, and is being investigated in sexual assaults and robberies in as many as eight states, authorities say. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the details.
