Immigrant Who Sought Sanctuary in Church Can Now Go Home

An Immigrant who has sought sanctuary in a Center City Philadelphia church for the past year in fear of being deported has now gained legal status and returned home this morning, to his own sanctuary. NBC10’s Pamela Osborne was there when Javier Flores Garcia left.
