Hundreds of Pieces of Mail Dumped in the Woods in Philly Neighborhood

The U.S. Postal Service is investigating after hundreds of pieces of mail, including money orders, were dumped in a wooded area in Philadelphia’s Eastwick neighborhood. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan spoke with the woman who made the discovery.
