How investigators were able to link Elias Diaz to the Fairmount Park rapes, murder

It may be two decades after the attacks in Fairmount Park but investigators say the victims’ interviews stayed with them and played a big role in them being able to identify Elias Diaz as the suspect in those rapes and murder.
