House Partially Collapses Sending Debris Onto Street, Knocking Over Utility Pole

A loud, dusty boom took place early Monday as an abandoned house at North Dover Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue in Philadelphia’s Brewerytown neighborhood partially collapsed. NBC10’s Karen Hua reports on the aftermath.
