House That Caught Fire, Killing 4 Was Being Illegally Rented

A Norristown home where four people were killed, including two children, and five others were hurt in a raging fire was being illegally rented, town officials tell NBC10. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is leading the investigation into the Saturday morning fire.
