House Fire Kills Boy in Norristown

After a fire took over a Norristown home Friday morning, 12-year-old Sanford Harling III ran back inside to help his father who he believed was trapped in the house. the boy never made it out. NBC10’s Andrea Cruz reports with more on the boy his family is calling a hero.
