House Approves Medical Marijuana Bill in Pennsylvania

Medical marijuana is one step closer to being legal in Pennsylvania after the House passed a measure Wednesday that would allow certain patients to take the drug in pill, oil or liquid form though they would not be allowed to smoke it. The bill now goes to the Senate.
