Hotel, concert venue, restaurants are part of new plan to upgrade Sports Complex in South Philly

There’s a $2.5 billion plan to transform the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia. Developers released the master plan that shows how Phase 1 will bring updates to Xfinity Live, create a new concert venue and offer new restaurants and shopping.
