Holocaust memorial vandalized for second time

For the second time this week a Holocaust memorial in Philadelphia’s Center City has been vandalized. On Sunday, someone spray-painted a swastika on the memorial and then on Wednesday someone else dumped trash at the site. NBC10’s Johnny Archer has new details from police.
