Hit-and-Run Suspect Had Suspended License: Court Doc

Police say Charles Horrocks is a suspect in the hit-and-run death of Eric Beck in Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania on Sunday morning. According to court documents, friends told police that Horrocks was drinking with a group of people before the accident.
