Historic Block Party Back at Independence Mall

Philadelphia’s historic block party is back at Independence Mall to highlight Day 2 of Wawa Welcome America. Those who aren’t much for block parties, though, can still enjoy other great events like free museums and a screening of “Rocky” under the stars.
