Gunman Shoots 14-Year-Old Boy as Philly's Gun Violence Crisis Continues

A 14-year-old boy was shot Tuesday night in North Philly. While there has been a weekly drop in shooting victims, the age of those victims has been getting younger. NBC10’s Brandon Hudson spoke to neighbors about what needs to be done to end this crisis.
