Gunman Kills Innocent Bystander and Injures Student Near High School in Northeast Philly

A 65-year-old innocent bystander who was driving in the area was killed while a teen student was critically injured after a gunman opened fire outside of a high school in Northeast Philadelphia. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the details.
