Child's Killer Gets Life in Prison

James Troutman pled guilty Monday to the murder of 9-year-old Skyler Kauffman. Troutman admitted to strangling, raping and throwing Kauffman’s body into a dumpster on May 9th, 2011, according to court documents. Troutman will be sentenced to life in prison without parole. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports the story.
