Guilty Plea in Hit and Run that Killed Boy

Shanika Mason of Sharon Hill, Delaware County, will serve 2 to 5 years in prison as part of a plea deal after she pleaded guilty to a hit-and-run that killed a 4-year-old boy in Philadelphia last year.
