Gov. Wolf Visits Flooding Victims in Southeastern Pennsylvania

Storms brought flooding to Bucks County last week causing damage to homes and neighborhoods. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf visited residents who pleaded to him for assistance from the government. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
