Girl Struck by Car During Police Chase and Crash Speaks Out

A 13-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy were both struck after a state police chase led to a multi-vehicle crash in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood. As the boy continues to recover in the hospital, the teen girl spoke to NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville about the frightening ordeal.
