Girl, 4, Shot on the Front Porch of North Philadelphia Home

Police are still looking for the person who shot a 4-year-old girl on a porch of a North Philadelphia home. While she is in stable condition, her adult cousin, was killed in the shooting. This shooting puts the City at 430 homicides this year. NBC10’s LAuren Mayk has the details.
