Gigantic Tree Set for Removal Nearly Destroys Home

A tree almost 6-feet wide almost decimated a Torresdale home with its owner inside as fierce storms cut a path of destruction through the area. But it would have never happened if the city did what it promised, says one man. The same storm wreaked havoc in South Jersey, leaving thousands without power.
