Garbage Dumpers use Reading Alleyway to Ditch Trash

Police are looking for two men who used a Reading alleyway has a garbage dump. The Reading Police shared the video survelliance on their Facebook page of the two males dumping a full car load of trash into the alleyway before driving off.
