It’s been four days and Philadelphia Police are still searching for two suspects in the murder of Officer Moses Walker Jr. NBC10’s Jesse Gary says a Walk for Peace will be held in North Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Funeral services for Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker, Jr. will be held on Sunday and Monday, Aug. 26 and 27.
The viewing is Sunday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Deliverance Evangelistic Church at 2001 Lehigh Avenue.
The viewing will continue at Deliverance Evangelistic Church on Monday from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m.
Funeral services are set to begin at 10 a.m. at Deliverance.
Walker will be laid to rest at Fernwood Cemetery in Lansdowne, Pa.
Officer Walker, 40, was shot three times and killed last Saturday morning while walking to a bus stop at 20th and Cecil B. Moore Avenue in North Philadelphia.
