Fumo Allowed to Return to Fairmount Home?

The former state senator, Vincent Fumo who spent the last four years in federal prison for being convicted on 137 counts of fraud has been released from the Kentucky prison. Fumo was supposed to spend the next six months in a halfway house, but NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports that he has returned to his Fairmount home.
