Folk Festival Goes on Despite Possible Rain

Thunderstorms are expected to roll through our region Friday night, but that didn’t stop the crowds from coming out to the Folk Festival in Montgomery County. NBC10’s Steven Fisher was there finding out what makes the festival so special to some people.
