Husband of Gabby Giffords Speaks on Gun Control

Mark Kelly, a retired astronaut and husband of Gabby Giffords, spoke at the University of Pennsylvania on Wednesday. He was part of a panel that aimed to educate students on how leadership can help move the country forward after gun tragedies.
