Fixing Philadelphia's Toxic School Conditions

Pennsylvania Sen. Vincent Hughes, D-7th District, discussed the process of cleaning up the toxic conditions in Philadelphia schools. The conditions include lead paint, mold and asbestos. The state is providing nearly $8 million to help with the cleanup while the school district is matching that funding.
