Five rescued as fire tears through North Philly takeout restaurant, apartments above

NBC10’s Matt DeLucia reports from North Philadelphia early Tuesday after a fire broke out in a Chinese takeout restaurant and the apartments above along Lehigh Avenue. Firefighters said that at least five people were treated for injuries.
