Fireworks Found in Man's Carry-on at PHL

Joseph Picklo tried to go through security at Philadelphia International Airport with a water bottle that contained M-80 fireworks and flash powder, said TSA officials. The explosive items were found in Picklo’s carry-on luggage early Thursday morning. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports the story.
