Firefighters Still Dumping Water Onto Refinery Flames

Firefighters remained late Friday night at the scene of a massive explosion from some 20 hours earlier at a South Philadelphia refinery, which is the largest of its kind on the East Coast. Meanwhile, calls from nearby residents to shut down the oil and chemical site grew throughout the day.
