Firefighters Find Animal Hoarding in Northeast Home

Firefighters found an elderly man unconscious in his northeast Philadelphia home on Sunday night. SPCA officials say they found cats, rats, fleas and bats inside of the decaying home. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
