Investigators are working to determine the cause of a house fire on Sylvan Ave in Glenolden Wednesday night.
A fire destroyed a Delaware County house, forcing a family of four from their home as 2015 began.
Crews responded to reports of a blaze on the 500 block of Sylvan Avenue, Glenolden around 11 p.m. Wednesday, official said.
The family escaped the fire, which crews got under control just after 12:30 a.m., authorities said.
The American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania is assisting the four residents affected.
No one was hurt.
Officials are working to determine the cause of the fire.
