Hundreds Say Goodbye to Arlen Specter

Former U.S. Senator Arlen Specter was laid to rest on Tuesday. Hundreds came to say goodbye including Vice President Joe Biden. Specter’s funeral was held at Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley and his casket was buried at it’s final resting place at Shalom Memorial Park in Huntingdon Valley. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles reports.
