Felony Lane Gang Targets Women's Valuables Where Theft is Least Expected

Police in West Goshen, Chester County say a group of women they call the Felony Lane Gang are targeting other women and stealing valuables from cars in places were victims don’t think they are vulnerable. Cars have been broken into at day cares, shopping centers and parks.
