Father Suspected of Abducting His 2 Sons May Have Disguised Them

Police issued an arrest warrant for New Jersey father Christopher Dohm who police say abducted his two sons, 8-year-old parker and 7-year-old Jackson and may have shaved the boys heads to disguise them. The boys were last seen on Feb. 6 on I-95 Southbound in Baltimore.
