Father of Murdered Teen Girl Speaks on Suspect's Motivation

The father of 18-year-old Bianca Roberson spoke to NBC10’s Brandon Hudson about what he believes motivated a man to shoot and kill his daughter. While investigators believe the suspect killed her in a fit of road rage, her father believes it was a hate crime.
