Farley: Philly Not Ready to Reopen Yet, But Get Ready to Wear a Mask

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley said Monday that new coronavirus infections continue to trend downward, but that the city isn’t ready to reopen yet. Farley said masks will be necessary for a long while to prevent the spread of the virus after the city does reopen.
