Family of young father killed in hit and run while changing tire speaks out: “It just seems so unreal”

Ezequiel Morales was helping someone change a tire in North Philadelphia Sunday night when a car struck and killed him. Police are still searching for the driver who took off. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville spoke with the victim’s family.
