Family of Wheelchair-Bound Man Shot Dead by Officers Sues Wilmington Police Department

The family of Jeremy McDole, a wheelchair-bound man shot to death by officers in Wilmington in September, is suing the police department, saying deadly force was not necessary. The Delaware Attorney General’s office is investigating. NBC10’s Tim Furlong reports.
