Family of Man Killed in Explosion Sues City of Philadelphia

The family of a man who was killed in a gas explosion in South Philadelphia two years ago filed a lawsuit against the city of Philadelphia, PGW and the contractors who were doing work at the time of the blast. The victim’s sister spoke with NBC10.
