Fake Deliveryman Tasers Victim in Kidnapping Plot: Cops

Police say John Felder, 76, is under arrest after posing as a flower deliveryman and trying to taser his victim. Investigators say Felder planned to abduct the homeowner and hold him for ransom. NBC10’s Marisa Brahney reports.
